A simple explanation of why water polo is the toughest sport on earth. It's my first video I've ever made. The song is "The Show Must Go On" by Queen. I think it captures the game of water polo well.

  • @speedstorm888 I've been a rugby player my whole life and I'm going to try out water polo this spring at my college..not to find out how much I suck...but to become a better athlete. Any tips for a first timer?

  • water polo players have a perfect mix of endurance, power, strength and VO2 max. If you train to be an all rounded athelete, you would at a certain point try out water polo and find out how much you suck!

  • wait someone help me here. im kinda new to this, and my teem has me as hole so im terrified. After the sprints, if my teem got the ball, what happens? we sprint to the direction we were sprinting towards and we set up?
