so what if obama is socialist? It's about time this country went socialist. Remember that America is about change-and thats not an Obama ideal. We've been going socialist since the Great Depression. It won't end up as totalitarian dictatorship-it will be a democracy because that is something all Americans fight for and will value.

thats not true. this country has been going left ever since teddy rosevelt. he ran as a progressive his second term. woodrow wilson was another progressive before fdr. if we slip into this trap we will have tyranny of the centralized. Or an other words oligarchy. Dictatorship is the wong word but i could see it now.. Obama has his person unrestricted advisers. And i is common misconception to call America a democracy. it is not it was born a Republic.

u do realize the main reason that people hated the soviet union was because under stalin's rule, 30,000,000 soviets were killed. and since this was the first occurence of communism in the world, the ignorant people who didn't read up on communism thot that if it spread to other countries, those countries would also have 30,000,000 people die due to a cruel dictator. Now im totally anti-communism/socialism, but im willing to let other people have their ideas. but obamas not a socialist/commie.
