MAKING MY PROM DRESS!

hi everyone! this is just an in the process of making my prom dress! but it shows most of the steps. hope you enjoy and SUBSCRIBE! :D

description of my dress: it is a strapless short dress that is fitted down to the waist and then it poofs out. kinda inspired by a ballerina :D the back is low cut and has grommets put in so it can lace up like a corset. there are 5 layers in the skirt that help make it super poofy. the flowers were each individually spray painted with a variety of colors and sewed onto the dress.

it is my dream dress and totally describes who i am. it is fun and girly with a touch of rockstar in it by using the chain and spray paint! i did not expect it to turn out so perfectly! and as you can tell, i LOVE sparkles and sequins! so my dress had the perfect amount so i can shine :D

It was a pain, having to sew over 5 layers of the skirt [i broke so many needles!] but the overall experience and time it took in making this dress was truly amazing and worth it in the end!
