  • What is sad is that people who tried to call attention to the power of hip hop have become this marginalized group you have to seek out, and the forces that we felt were dangerous to, or exploitative of, hip-hop still rule... 16:45 "the vast majority of what sells is a profound and insulting portrayal particularly of Black people and contributes to an incredibly destructive sense of an absence of possibility.."
