  • It use to be that bmw was ahead by quite a margin, but now audi is leading the way and AUdi got ahead by it's own means, not following bmw. From the styling to the performance, Audi is edging out on BMW. Perhaps not quite in the performance, but almost everywhere else. I think performance wise everything is neck to neck. The a5 series audi came out to compete with the bmw 3 series because bmw was trying to make claims about the m3 over audi's four door sport sedan.

  • The M3 is the better car as long as there is no rain, ice, snow , or wet leaves on the road. The RS4 can be driven like an animal in the rain and hanldes extremely well in the snow with the oem 19 inch wheels. The M3 will beat a RS4 by the slimmest of margins on a nice day. Add rain or snow the RS4 will destroy the M3. Rear wheel drive cars are usless unless you live south of Georgia. As for the looks, all recent BMWs look terrible. What happend to the M5? ITS HIDEOUS

Do you own either car? Have you driven either car? Where did you witness an RS4 getting stuck in the snow? Only 2500 are in the US. I can send you pics to your e-mail immediately of my 2007 B7 RS4 and my 2011 E92 M3 ZCP. The RS4 rarely gets stuck in the snow. You can drive it hard during any condition. With that said the BMW is the better car. Inside and out. However, try driving the M3 on the highway during the wet at 65 miles an hour. Tail bounce.

  • @8motion

I recently purchased an E92 M3 ZCP and have snow tires on it now as we speak. I completely agree with the tire set up. E92 M3 with proper snow tires works fine in the snow. The E90 flyby video helped me with the decision. Thanks for the tip.

  • @styleew1 RS4 will still get stuck in snow. So what if quattro is better in the wet BMW will always be better driving cars. Audi's are more dull than Mercs lol

  • He doesn't know what the hell he's talking about

  • @The0rangePanda

It's grown on me over time. However, the E39 M5 looks so much better. I don't know if "amazing" is the proper adjective to describe the E60 M5. It's styling is rather subdued.

  • @styleew1 The m5 looks fucking amazing what are you talking about?

  • this guys dumb

  • this dude looks like a homeless bum

  • this guy is really dim. i cant believe MSN pays him to test cars. how can he rate 2 PERFORMANCE saloons without even taking it to the track? by the looks of it, he's probably not even capable of taking these 2 track-ready sports cars close to its limit. total moron.

he makes no mention of the two cars' practicality which are one their biggest selling points. he gives no good inputs on the car's performance other than what is completely obvious. srsly MSN, where'd u find him?

  • so three M3 badges, a bulge on the hood, a carbon fiber roof, a totally different front/rear bumper. quad exhaust tips, and being significantly wider than the regular 3 series isnt enough to differentiate it from a regular 3 series? im sorry sir, but u must be blind. or ur probably an idiot. i reckon its the latter.

sry MSN, but leave the REAL testing to people who know what they're talking about.
