@slapshot68 This video was in 2009, you wouldn't think much of a technological difference between a span of 3 years. But back then it was harder to track cell phones and they didn't always give the exact location. Imagine living in an apartment and you call 911 with a cell phone and you don't tell them exactly where you are in that apartment building.

if he's smart enough to call 911 for an emergency,i think he's also smart enough to not tell a complete stranger his address.
