One of the most amazing thing about Townshend's playing here are the various tones and feedback he coaxes out of that guitar and amp. This was in the days before you could merely step on a foot pedal to get whatever sound you wanted.

Yup. With the p90's. Pete wasn't fond of the real expensive ones for gigs like this cause he kept running out of money replacing them. xD
