Yes it may be the largest study ever done - but it still showed populations of people who ate lots of meat with no side effects. Are you glossing this over?

@durianrider Perhaps you could also explain the confounding factors in the China Study?Like the stats re the populations in rural China which were used in The China Study itslef who ate high quantities of meat with low heart disease......
The least you could do is be honest with yourself regarding the research and data. Disappointing you twist facts to suit a personal choice.

Low carb diet for anyone is stupid. You just end up running on caffeine and binging in the end.
