@patflute0305 No but there are a few mods that add horses & horse riding if I recall. Skyrim is out soon though!

horse riding in oblivion is so not realistic, the horse looks amazing but they are so rigid and they have no character. Hopefully the latest elder scrolls will implement smoother, more realistic and dynamic movement for the horses and characters as well!

No, all dialogue in Oblivion is fully voiced.
There are less convo topics, and a lot of people preferred reading dialogue in Morrowind due to the fact each race in Oblivion has only one voice actor (excluding special NPCs), so literally hundreds of NPCs have the same voice.
But as someone who played both games extensively, I'd say Oblivion is worth getting, especially the PC version + a few mods (I have about 30). If you're a die-hard Morrowind fan, I'd recommend Morroblivion (google it).

Unfortunately not, and you can't do anything cool like horseback archery.
But I wouldn't be surprised if there are some mods which implement such things. ^^
