  • General recommendations for stretch effectiveness are 30+ seconds. 10 secs is too short to have any lasting benefit Todd. Also, letting Kevin's head move forward and shoulder rise up reduce the effectiveness of the stretch greatly. I'm not even going to touch on why that last exercise is NOT special in any way and doesn't change the type of stimulation of the triceps at all. Buyer beware: many personal trainers have no idea wtf they are talking about; Todd needs to pick up an anatomy chart.

  • This is testament that working out is beneficial. Kevin looks nowhere near the average 46 year old male. I know guys that have never picked up anything but a beer bottle and they are in their 30's looking 50 plus.

  • Great to see you doing skull crushers Kev, bring back those full blown guns! In your 90s vids you did very high reps for tris, why not give that a try again? -especially as you're trying to get cut
