@Pahokee1975 ...i agree totally, workers comp phoned my DOC after which he dropped me as a patient; He actually had the nerve to say, he was mad at me because workers comp phoned him; (4 fks sake i am injured and have lost what little help i was getting; this call from workers comp resulted in the Doc, intentionally compromising my health, 28 doctors 2 yrs to diagnose broken back; 5+ yrs to diagnose 2nd spinal injury; 30 months for MRI; 5+ yr wait for 2nd MRI, all because WCB;

#1; Canadian radiologist at hospital; possible old injury; no reason for pain found;

#2; Report; Medical tourism; old fracture now malunion; surgery indicated;

#3. (received this morning) MRI shows acute injury, micro-fractures,annual tears@multi levels, spinal stenosis,

DUH, no reason for pain is ever found in Canada when there is significant injury and workers comp is involved; send your scan's for 2nd opinion;

@FIXWCBCANADA 100% agree with you on that !!!!!!! I am injured worker who suffer because of the injury and developed other crap because of that, one steo away from being homeless now, because don't qualify for unemployment as I used to work for non profit organiation. I faced so many lies of everyone who got involved in my case to make my life even more misrable so they could save big pie $ on me.

Because of the one percent that commit Fraud Workers Comp act as if all injured workers are in that one percent. Workers comp should not have the right to talk to the doctors before the injured worker gets to meet the doctor. All medical records should be sent by the injured workers lawyer. The worker should have the right to pick the doctors they see.

what about all the injured workers who get screwed by workers comp? these are the real VICTIMS; it's time injured workers who have been denied medical care start shooting people's faces off at the workers comp building,,,,and their lying doctors;

I agree that the work comp insurance companies are fraudulent, along with the doctors who know exactly who is paying the bill, and who they want return business from. I never, ever, would have been treated the same way under my previous private insurance. And I too, lost my job during my probationary period due to work comp injury. I never had a clue what people went through in this work comp nightmare.

What about the fraud that L&I commit? I have 3 surgeons that say I need 2 total knee replacements, but Workers comp hires a Chiropractor to look at me for 15minutes an he says there's nothing wrong with me! Isn't that fraud too.

L&I only hires people known as "IME Whores" these guy's are book smart, but weren't smart enough to run an office, so they're hired to Lie on paper for $1,000 for 15 minutes! Everyone know's who I'm talking about.

of insurance company fraud.the fraud also takes place after the doctors,then you have the vocational rating again theirs is half of what

my vocational expert gave me.but i think there

is an answer we need to find common ground,

i think insurance companys could be nicer

doctors could be honest,the injured worker

should be honest,an not pissed off,

it makes a difference,thats all from me.
