Education on birth control and education itself to help themselves are useless. they have been educated (for free) on these matters, but they don't listen and don't want to learn, only a minority within the majority learn to help themselve, you will not find them in townships! the ones in the townships are the ones looking for free handouts and wellfare. As shown with the xenophobia attacks in the townships, they are animals and should stay there, you didn't see this in the suburbs!!
