  • Julian Assange is a great man. We haven't seen his kind of defiance against oppression and tyranny since the days of Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson!

  • @lizclegg "the scale and magnitude of what Wikileaks has done is remarkable" -- i agree you with you there.

  • I am american and Julian Assange is my Hero and can speak for me any time. THANK YOU WIKILEAKS!!!

  • @dancebaby808 True, but the scale and magnitude of what Wikileaks has done is remarkable, and Assange has really sacrificed and exposed himself by taking on the role of the public face of that organisation.

  • @Strutinan Yes, but he really needs to eat, sleep and exercise properly

And tell it everyone else, too!!!

  • @Strutinan to be fair, there are many intellectuals and journalists alive today who have made it their mission to expose injustices, and to reveal the truth to the public e.g., Amy Goodman, Noam Chomsky, Norman Finkelstein, Daniel Ellsberg, Arundhati Roy, John Pilger, etc.

  • Go Iceland!!!
