  • I have the xbox 360 slim I always had it horizontal witch means laying down, I now have it vertical witch means standing up I don't have any problems with it

  • I've always had mine on it's side, plus i don't like the idea of the disk spinning while its standing up.

  • I've always had mine on the side

  • Fuck u bitch y u make a video 2 ask a question??? Fuckin retard

  • I know this video is two years old now but I will comment anyway.

You should lay the console horizontal. If you do place your hand to the right hand side of the console and you will be feel that air is being drawn in. If you stand the console up that extra intake of cool air is gone.

The common misconception of keeping Xbox 360's cool is to get as much hot air out as possible. This is not the case, the best way of keeping an Xbox 360 cool is to get as much cool air in as possible.

  • stand it up cuz the left side of the 360 will get hot if u lay it down.

  • put it on side its quiter

  • I recommend you lay it to the side, because it's a little unstable standing up and if it's standing up u get a higher change of your Xbox scratching ur disc.
