Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the sanctions against Iran aren't working. Speaking at a press conference in Cyprus during an official one-day visit, he told Cypriot President Demetris Christofias that "If anybody needed a reminder that the sanctions have not stopped the nuclear program, it was the guided tour by the Iranian president in the centrifuge hall." Netanyahu also branded Iran a regime that "breaks all the rules" which continues to show contempt for international rules -- highlighted by this week's bomb attacks on Israeli diplomats in Georgia, India, and Thailand.
