Well, Slack, I gotta say that you have the best tutorials for this game: Most inclusive, entertaining, and humorous. However, I have beaten you in one way: I found something you didn't! :D

Right after you finish watching the clip with Ada and Krauser, you are in a new room above all the baddies. You missed an Emerald in the row of windows directly to your left.

The window to shoot is second from the left. You see them if you go to the place at 1:37 and look up.
