1981 Corvette walkaround. An original Red car, the original 350 has been ditched in favor of a 305. Although most enthusiasts would think of this as an abomination, we have taken this into consideration in pricing this car. Otherwise, this car is in great shape and has also had rare cloth seats added to it.

I asked myself the same question after checking the casting numbers...I just about passed out after seeing "GM 5.0L" on the rear of the block. Why anyone would disgrace a non-1980 California emissions Vette with a 305 is beyond me. But hey, you know the best thing about a 305, right? Everything on it bolts right up to a 350 :)

the motor is called a L-81 for the year of the car. the only year that the factory used a computer to control the rodchester carb. they run ok for the year and after the gas wars of the 70's. on a good day you might get 15 mpg. if you keep your heavy right foot out of it
