This is just an extremely easy recipe for homemade coffee creamer. I demonstrate how to make chocolate creamer, and give a recipe for a vanilla creamer... but, always feel free to try experimenting, and coming up with your own flavors!
Recipe for Chocolate Liquid Coffee Creamer:
1/2 to 3/4 cup Powdered Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer (any variety)
3/4 to 1 cup Powdered Chocolate Drink Mix (any variety you have)
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups Hot (not boiling) Water
Recipe for Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer:
1/2 to 3/4 cup Powdered Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups Hot (not boiling) Water
1 pinch Nutmeg (optional)
1 to 2 Tbs Sugar
OR
1 to 2 artificial sweetener packets
For both recipes:
Place dry ingredients into a small-medium sized plastic bottle.
Add the vanilla extract.
Next, slowly pour in the hot water until the bottle is full (you may not be able to fit all of the water right away).
Close the bottle, and gently shake to begin mixing ingredients. As space appears in the bottle, add more of your hot water, if you couldn't add all of it before, and shake again.
Continue doing this until you have either used all of your water, or you have your desired amount of liquid creamer.
Refrigerate, and use as needed.
-----
BTW - Mixing the water into the dry ingredients, in the bottle, gives you more room because not only are the ingredients dissolving, but they are releasing trapped air as they do, allowing that air to rise to the top of the bottle.
And, the little Meow-Machine you can hear in the background is one of my two cats, Jett. She likes to try to help... yeah, doesn't always work out :)

This is really a recipe to let you create a liquid coffee creamer using a plain powdered creamer.
The "creamer" part (the powdered stuff), you don't actually make. But, it's cheap enough in the stores that you can buy it, and use that as part of this recipe to create your own liquid stuff :)
I hope that helps a bit.

There's no actual cream used in this.
Instead, you use a generic, store bought powdered coffee creamer (any brand works). When you're finished making the recipe, it should resemble almost any liquid creamer you would buy in a store. And, you can use it the same way.
You can also replace the powdered coffee creamer with a powdered milk. It will taste different, but it should work fine. Then, you don't need to worry about the whole "creamer" thing at all.
