"Fracking Republicans!" by Old Fart Rants

In yet another demonstration of their "love for the Constitution" the Republicans in the House Of Representatives had a highly acclaimed director and his film crew arrested today for trying to film a Congressional hearing on the controversial natural gas drilling practice called fracking. Josh Fox, the director of the Academy Award-nominated documentary "Gasland", a film which criticizes fracking, and his crew were arrested by Capitol Police and charged with unlawful entry. Unlawful entry to a hearing that was open to the public! God forbid the public should find out what's going on in their backyards - like why their water is polluted and so contaminated with benzene their faucets catch on fire if you light a match near them! And you wonder Republicans want to get rid of the EPA? Don't forget, it was Republican Speaker John Boehner and the Tea Party who made everyone in Congress get up and read the Constitution out loud on their first day in session. Since the First Amendment was still in the Constitution the last time I looked, the Republicans who called the cops on this film crew are domestic enemies in my book, and they should be thrown out of Congress immediately for violating their own oath of office. And how many freedom loving Constitution quoting teabagger patriots rushed to the camera crew's defense? None! We need to get these fascist fucktards and the teabagger Taliban assholes out of our government, and never ever let them back in again - or else pretty soon we'll all be saying "I pledge of allegiance to the corporations, and to the banana republic which they bought - one police state, under plutocracy, with liberty and justice for the 1%. Praise Jesus!" Anyone who's even considering voting for any Republican this November needs to have somebody hit them in the head with a 2 by 4 and reboot their brain. The Republican Party has become a cancer on America! To call these people clowns like the media does, falls miserably short of describing who they really are - and it's an insult to clowns!

Republicans or the religious are going to ruin us all. They don't believe in science. They think God controls everything and he will make it all okay. When the planet goes south they will all be raptured up to heaven. These kind of demented ideas are harmful to the rest of us rational people.

We voters delivered in '06 and '08. With the executive branch and super majorities in the house and senate, the democrats delivered nothing. They couldn't even protect the health of the citizens from for-profit health insurance. America is completely fucked either way. Obviously the democratic party isn't the answer.
