This is a song I wrote for Barack Obama when he was running for U.S Senate. The guitar style is called the Carter Scratch. I learned it from listening to Maybelle Carter (Johnny Cash's mother-in-law).
It was written in Chicago, recorded in Chicago, and played on a guitar made in Chicago.
