http://www.dietsandmealplans.com/blood-group-diet.htm In this video on the blood group diet, I am talking about the diets and facts of the people in the blood type O group. For more info you are welcome to visit my site.
hi i'm o- i eat what i want without thought now, and t's mainly meat! i tried being a veggie at one point in my life and was ill all the time (i've never met a healthy and/or slim vegetarian!)... my Favorite food is goose fat on toast :-) if i eat too much root veg/bread i get depressed! i love salad/fruit tho' but only fancy it when its in season! so this vid made a whole lot of sense to me :-)
I am type O vegan. I visited a nutrition before eliminating foods from my diet. I started off as a lacto ovo vegetarian, which are vegetarians willing to consumes dairy and fish, but I eventually moved away from that and became a strict vegan.
I am type O. Tried vegetarian diets, vegan, raw etc. due to spiritual concepts and convictions. My health went down the drain. I gained tons of weight. Had my first steak yesterday and feel like I just got my life back again. leafy greens with organic meat is the first meal I could eat and feel good about it.
IT WORKS. life eats life all over this planet. who are we to judge what is right and wrong. just listen to your body. and get free range grass fed organic meats for less karma.
This is absolutely 100% real. I am type O and considered my diet healthy with plenty of whole wheat products, veggies, fruits, and little meat. For most of my life that is how I ate. But I have always had problems with ulcerative colitis and severe heartburn. When my wife brought home this book I thought why not give it a try. No wheat, more organic meat, and still plenty of veggies and fruit and m UC has been gone for almost a year now, and no heartburn. Highly recommend it
