The Benjamin Marauder in .25 cal is the most powerful, most accurate, airgun that I've tested to date. We did our testing at 50 yards and achieved sub .5" groups. I was out-shooting folks at the range with ease hitting clay pigeons on the backstop at over 100 yards shoot from the shoulder free-handed. Anyone that touched this rifle was absolutely amazed at the quality and accuracy.

  • Most accurate and powerful airgun? Damn, and I spent all that money on a Quackenbush...

  • @PooPoo2U

Most powerful and accurate that I had tested to date.. certainly the big bore stuff is a lot more powerful.

  • What about something like that but accurate , and over 20ft pounds?

  • @DYLANTHESK8ER

You may want to look at the Benjamin Trail NP in .22.. you'll get about 15 to 16 foot pounds and it is quiet and accurate. If you want more power, the recoil becomes an issue. Or you can go with something like the Discovery with a TKO22 muzzle break and have a good entry level PCP.. but the cost will be way over the $300.

  • Dear Rick , I am looking for a quiet .22 with little recoil , and has about 30ft pounds of energy , for under $300 bucks. Which gun do you recommend that would fit in this category?

  • @DYLANTHESK8ER

nothing in a .22 that has that power. now the Hatsan mod 125 sniper in .25 cal comes very, very close.. 28/29 foot pounds. but in a .22 you are going to do well to get over 21/22 foot pounds.

"quiet" combined with your price range is the issue.

    Cheers

    Rick
