For God sake get things right - Vernon DID NOT USE MARLO'S TILT (depth illusion) to bury the card as shown in this video - he simply PLACED IT SECOND FROM TOP!

If you are going to quote history, then at least please have the decency to get the facts right!

its far more than that but the video is cut short so it doesnt show the full routeen- the vernon depth illusion was utterly new at the time and still holds his name to this day -

at 1:04 you can see it's going in second place not in the middle. After that it's just double lifts apparently, although it's gard to tell since they don't go in to detail about the nature of the trick after the first two phases. I sincerely doubt that Houdini was fooled by this
