Hi,
Found this link on your UK website - what a great machine.
I cannot find a full specification list on your site for this machine - can you post it?
Do you allow visitors to your site in Leicestershire? (we are in Hampshire)
I would like to come and see the Cublex - I will send you my email address via your website.
Thanks - great videos BTW - is the machine (ithink its a MA7263V) that cuts the engine blocks from solid on show anywhere in the UK?
ATB! Fastcutman!

Yo RMF,
We got the finalised specification for cublex 42 - thanks for the contact at Matsuura Japan, he is a very helpful bloke as you all are.
Like Zak I would like to see the cub-42 video on here - we still cannot believe the size of billet that it slings around!
When is the date of arrival in the UK?
Thanks again

Hello RMF,
Thanks for the tour of the showroom last week. Look forward to the arrival of the Cublex-42.
The new tooling your applications manager suggested (sorry forgot his name!) has worked a treat. We are cutting twice as fast now - with a superb surface finish which is a relief to us and our customer.
Why don't you put the Cublex-42 video up here?
Best regards

I can't wait to get onto these machines at work!
Only 2 1/2 yrs left of my apprenticeship lol

Salutations RMF,
Once again thanks for the prompt response - are Matsuura UK always this attentive?
The Cublex-42 pictures - it looks immense!
The size of the steel billet being turned & milled in 5 axis is awesome - do you have video of that demo in the pictures? If so please post it here.
How heavy is the steel billet? It must pose some problems turning & milling that size & weight?
When will you get the Cublex-42 in your UK showroom?
Thanks again.

Hello RMF, on your UK website you have a twin pallet Cublex25 listed in stock - is the machining envelope any different to the 10 pallet? What is the footprint required for the twin? Cheers

Hiya rmf,
Thanks for the DVD and info pack - they arrived today.
Please keep me informed of any second hand Matsuura's available in the UK - especially an ES450 2 pallet machines.
Is it me or are there precious few second hand Matsuura's out there in the UK? There are a few on Ebay but they are in the US - no CE!
Look forward to the cublex42. Cheers
Greetings rrwcncedm
The maximum workpiece capacity is the same for both variants. If you are thinking of seeing a demonstration on either of the machines currently in the UK I would be quick. The level of interest in them is nothing short of amazing.
The proven unmanned 5 axis mill turn functionality with the vast pallet pools is what is turning the UK market on to the CUBLEX.
Thanks for the post.

Greetings Zak,
Hot news from Matsuura Japan - the Cublex-42 will be launched after Jimtof in November.
As ever with Matsuura products, a period of intensive testing willtake place before the official release date - which will no doubt produce some excellent videos as a by-product.
Watch this space.
Cheers

As the CUBLEX-25 is based on the MAM72-25V 5 axis machine, will there be a CUBLEX equivalent of the MAM72-42V / MAM72-63V?
Thanks for the DVD - it turned up today. I really like the LXo-5AX demos made my hair stand up - post them here they are fantastic.
cheers

Greetings Zak,
Yes, the CUBLEX-42 & CUBLEX-63 are on their way.
These machines will have all the 5 axis capability of their MAM72-42V & MAM72-63V counterparts except with the proven turning capability as seen on the CUBLEX-25.
I have some new LX0-5AX footage that I will post soon.
Cheers

thanks for the answer.
the fastems matsuura video - what is the biggest size pallet the system can hold? I look forward to more videos of similar systems - seems the future is now. can you attach 5 axis and horizontals to the same system? do matsuura make any laser machine tools?
rrwcncedm 3 years ago
Matsuura UK provide Horizontals with Pallets up to 1300mm x 1300mm & yes, they can be accommodated by Fastems.
Yes, you can attach Matsuura 4 axis horizontals into the same Matsuura Linear Pallet System or Fastems System providing they have the same Pallet size. This system set up is becoming much more common.
Yes, Matsuura make a Milling / Laser Sintering Hybrid machine - I understand that at this time it is only available to end users in Japan.
Cheers
