  • Would anyone recommend resting the weight on the floor or a platform between reps, like you would with a deadlift? I think this might increase the strength needed to lift it, but I'm not sure.

  • You do not want to a robot. A little swing gives you a larger range of motion and a much tighter squeeze. Small swing=healthy. And if you do not believe me, watch the Arnold do the standing concentration curl at the beginning of pumping iron ;)
