thats a joke. and they arent SEAL chinups, theyre cliff hangers. its also better to bring your head to the opposite side of the bar that your closest hand is on

i cant do pull ups. or chin ups..but i will soon..my back muscles and arm muscles are still weak.

this is cool except i cant even do ONE pull up. but i like the idea of adapting strength training to the out doors.

I generaly do 3 sets of 14-16 chinups or as many muscle ups as I can do. I like the SEAL chinups! I'll have to try that soon! Thx
