This is a clear example of what I call "monetary infusion inflation", it is essentially the action of any party, historically it has been states/governments whom have been the biggest culprits, and in this case this was true. The government fueled an inflatinary (Cost Increasing) spiral by making more and more funds available to these education centeres that have led to a situation where when the states/governments move to cut costs or simply run out of funds... God is judging evil sodomite California for all its wickedness. Tuition hikes are nothing compared to what is coming your way within a year, when the economic collapse enters part two. Those screaming reprobates in the video will be protesting for food and water. Of course, Californians could humble themselves before the LORD and repent ... ... but I can't picture it happening. They are proud of their sins, and nobody repents of sins they are proud of.

Thing is, there will be a day, when people are too exhausted & starved to protest, if they keep themselves unaware of reality for juuust a little longer...like, at most two more seasons of Big Brother...
