A strange thing happened june 17th at around 1:30 am on fox news. A alert came on the screen that said (ied protection devices used to battle levees) can any one explain that?

i did not get flooded out, but i did have a friend stay with me for about 3 months because he did.

yeh, were pretty much watching that on the news right now.. it's gotten sooo muchn worse though. i live in delhi. my sister lives in cedar rapid, she goes to kirkwood.. she can't even get to her apartment complex.. it's super bad.
