All those drug companies load up their pills with all sort of chemicals that destroy the human body, they just call them "side effects", and somehow get away with it. But people decide they wanna grow a plant and sell it and they get locked up. That's like saying u wanna grow a eucalyptus tree and sell the leaves and the government throwing u in jail for it.
