  • hi, couple of questions, 1) how is this classified as cheese? 2) isn't this just like greek strained youghurt?

  • @CmdrGenda Sorry for the late answer. Yes, this is exactly like Greek strained yogurt. I have no idea why people call it "cheese" or consider it a soft cheese, but if you google greek strained yogurt you will find much information on wikipedia which even shows how many countries make this, and how they call it. Very interesting!
