This is a video I decided to shoot to help people who are unsure how to enable the VNC server mode on their Mac computers. I have included the full screenflow and the setup of the iphone / ipod touch.

hope you enjoy.

  • do you need to install VNC on computer. (mac)???

  • @haon184 it's built in. Follow the steps and it should work

  • Is there a way to do this without a wireless router being available? This would really come in handy while I'm at work.

  • @danielreign You can create a network using your mac and then connect your iphone to this

  • It works perfectly on both iPhone 3g and iPhone 3gs
