Reminds me off "might just take ur life" by Deep purple opening riff :D , just this was first

Yes, that is correct. Must not post comment late at night, accuracy looses out to enthusiasim and/or inebriation.
I do remember that gig quite well though, people danced on stage.
They were a class act.

@Jlipnicki - it was Les Harvey that was electrocuted on stage. Jimmy McCulloch died of an OD in his flat.

One excellent live band. Saw them at Walthamstow Hall shortly before Jimmy Macullogh died on stage. Hammond organ makes it.

Found this while searching for a good pic of Maggie & co. for the 15th (you'll know what I mean by that. He has to have a pic of STC)
