  • I have my own way to describe Neil's voice -- like a smooth, creamy, yet crisp butter-cream that feels nice, sweet and cool as it melts away in your mouth! Hmmmm..... ;-p yummmm!

Weird, I know -- but I am pretty sure I can actually "taste" Neil's voice, and feel the emotions, whatever it is - sweetness, bitterness, sourness... - NOT just "hear" them in the song and lyrics.

  • Neil's voice is prob the best voice i've ever heard in music.

  • Neil Tennant is the most under-rated, unappreciated singer in pop history.

I believe his voice is a gift and that he is a master at using it to covey universal emotions.

  • "Actually" was my first PSB album - I bought it in 1989 when I was 9 years old. I'm 30 now and listen to them just as much. they're latest album "Yes" is really enjoyable. My favorite off the album is "Pandemonium".

  • I love the brotherhood between these two,so lovely

  • I love your description of Neil's voice! I reckon it's spot on. :)

  • That is absolutely true!

  • GOD, I LOVE the reaction Chris gave to this: Poor Chrissy-Boy was looking so flattered that he would love to drown himself in his seat, with one arm across his chest and his right hand on his mouth -- like he was trying to cover what remained visible of his face! :-D

What's wrong, Chris....??? Neil's praises were too much for you? ;-p

Now THAT makes me wonder about his chuckling at the sound of Neil taking dance lesson... was it intended to be something like "...you, dancing? yeah right!" ?

  • My favorite scene is unfortunately cut at the end of this portion and beginning of the next portion of this video ;-( It is when Neil speaks so highly of Chris as the "driving force" behind the PSB, adding that had Chris been more more 'show-business like,' Neil would have gone along with the idea, and probably would have taken choreography lesson! You can't miss Chris' chuckling at that comment! How PRECIOUS!!!

  • Pet Shop Boys had a very distinct sound and Neil Tennant had a really charming style of singing.
