Shane Stewart and Joey Saldana having a classic battle for position at TPCR. It all comes unstuck as they come together entering turn 3. Funnily enough rumour has it that Joey still gave Shane a lift back to the hotel afterwards!

1. It was DEFINITELY Joey Saldana (not Brooke Tatnell... He wasn't even at this meeting)

2. It was January 14, 2006.

3. No permission needed to post. Parramatta City Raceway emailed this vision to over 2,000 subscribers a few days after the race.

4. Yes, it was true - Joey Saldana and his wife did give Shane Stewart a lift back to the hotel after the race, however they suggested that Shane should ride on the bonnet (hood).
