@Samarth916 The pulses you're talking about is from the purposeful over compression and limiting used by just about every DJ since the early 2000's. Not that I really like it, but it's a nice touch, and it's hear to stay.

I don't like the "sound pulses". You could have made this same song great, by using the same bass beats, and rhythm, without these "pulses" played every 1 second...

by pulses, I mean these fade ins and fade outs every second.. can't find the proper word, I'm sorry.
