The song Walrus sings is actually a French mediaeval one; the Danse Macabre (literally Dance of Death.) Very relavent, but also very creepy.....nice! :)

For the teapots, I usually just keep my distance and keep shooting them with the peppermill. In this radula room I would just dodge a bit and fire the peppermill at whatever I locked onto then dodge again so I wasn't still long enough for anything to really hit me. It may take a little longer, but if you keep hitting them with the peppermill they'll go down eventually and you're never too close that they'll all gang up on you like that.

did you know u can use the hobby horse to kill that tar monster or whatever it is 4:02

Use the clockwork bomb on eyepots they'll attack it making it explode and stunning them
