Thanks, I've tried this yesterday and everybody loved them! Some had suggestions like next time maybe boil the chicken first so that the skin inside won't be too wet, even though the inside of the lollipop chicken was wet they still finished all of them. My aunty had used Crispy Fry Mix instead of panko bread crumbs, I thought the seasoning was better in the Crispy Fry Mix.
