Alcohol irritates the bowels. It's much less painful (not to mention safer) if you dilute it with water. This has the effect of relieving the burning sensation, and offsetting the dehydrating effects of alcohol (which has the pleasant bonus of preventing hangovers).

Actually it's much easier with a turkey baster. And be sure to use MD 20/20 or any of the other fortified wines. I would not recommend any hard liquor because it will burn. I never found it painful like described in this vid but he was probably complaining more about the insertion than the actual liquid and if it did hurt when he let it go it's because she tore a hemoroid on the way in.

Dude seriously you need something else to do with your free time...
