She is singing live, and if you pay attention you can clearly hear that. This is not autotuned like the studio track, but she IS using a strong backing track, which the majority of ALL artists do unless they just stand in the middle of the stage and sing.

@randomroxsmysox I'm a die-hard Kylie fan too, I'll defend her rep, buy her tickets, and agree with most of what you've said here, but she *is* lip syncing this performance. It was TOTP, it was the early 2000s: the vocals are clearly from the studio track. That's cool, that's fine, it was what nearly everyone did on TOTP then.
