That day.

First at the beginning at the day,
all I could think about was "Wacky Hair Day"
and if my hair was still lookin "wacky"
By the time I got to school.
Till' I got to class,
and my teacher said..
"Eric Passed Away"
All of the things going on that day didnt even matter one bit anymore...
I hardly even know this kid,
now ill never get a chance too.
He was so young,
with graduation in a matter of weeks.
And a happy 8th grader,
who has know passed.
I heard he was a happy kid, a joyful kid.
Now we might never get to see that again.
I used to see you at the school yard, playing basketball..
just being fun and happy..
I thought you were coming back...
This wasn't supposed to happen.
But I hope you know...that we all pray for you,
and we'll always remember you (:
