Beautiful. This girl is about 12 or 13, if I remember correctly she was in an under-15 category for Yoga competition. She is naturally very supple: the shoulder and knee dislcations are natural. You cant really train dislocations, the kid has to have a natural proclivity towards it. Her dedication and commitment to training to reach this level is astonishing indeed.
