green and brown anoles in tampa .. my first youtube video

my boy found a green anole in the backyard,( hard to find), and we compared it to an invasive brown anole,... i agree the green anole is cooler acting and looking ...post your comments... first youtube video got it of my old sharp dv cam .. took a long time to get the firewire, use windows live movie maker but got it goin ...peace and a big shout out to all the youtubers...

ok.... in the process of my son trying to catch em they..... dropped their tails... they will disconnect as a escape mechanism... we just released them back to their habitat the back yard...afterwards..... and we are not into mix breeding ... or breeding them of any kind...

i didnt cut off their tails my 10 year old son in trying to catch them they got away and let their tails fall off its a defense mechanism , we dont keep them we let them loose agian after we observe them in the critter box for a few hours...plenty of space in back yard... thanks for sharing your concerns

when in the nature balance of things.. would they be green , or brown with green spots.... and do they intermate naturally

no when he catches them by the tail they loose their tail and grow one back

you know brown and green anoles are the worst pair of lizards you can put together they didnt eat each other because they were to busy look at you cut off their tails
