@R5H4D0W I'd agree with your posting, and as a firefighter a fire there is extremely difficult and would most likely end up letting it burn and contained since it would be extremely dangerous to fight it inside. The water and structural damage would be severe to begin with but with the fire and extra weight from the hoses would be immenant or even immediate collapse.
