  • It may work better than you think. Do exercises to reduce anxiety and also disconnect from a person, if there is a significant bad experience. Most of these things come from early scary moves or fear of parents. Loren

  • i just this video, i am/was a nail biter. After i finished this video i no longer felt the urge to bite my nails, i just hope the non-urge lasts! (p.s. the buzzer scared me at first!)
