On March 9, 2010 Cisco unveiled its new mega router CRS-3, which is forever going to change the Internet. The capacity of CRS-3 is 92 terabits per second. What does this all mean for us, the end user? Srivats Desikan, Marketing Manager, Cisco talks about CRS-3 and what it will deliver to end-users.

Prior to the announcement there was a lot of buzz if Cisco planned to unveil a a set-top box or perhaps join the last-mlle effort. Instead, Cisco went back to its roots and announced the release of a new router. Melissa Mines, Marketing Manager, Cisco talks about the announcement and about the expectations from some quarters about Cisco showing a leadership role when it comes to the last mile access.
