Awesome information. I've found vit D3 with K2 has transformed my teeth. They were transparant a week ago and now they are more solid. I am very surprised that it took so few days to change for the better. I would not believe the benefits unless they worked for me and the vitamins did. Also B6 helps my skin become more smooth. @jgizzy Equatorial Africa - 2.6million years BC to 10,000 BC (Paleolithic era) - the origin of Homo Sapiens/our genes. Lots of sunshine, naked, lots of Vit D production. We continually battle to adapt 21st century lifestyle to the genetic engineering inherent in our paleolithic origins when life expectancy was 30 at best vs. 80, acute (lion chasing us) stress vs. chronic stress, circadian rhythm vs. night life/work. You sir, are a real doctor! i salute you! I take 8000-12,000 IU during the fall, winter and early spring months. In the late spring and summer, its 1000-3000 IU's. I feel by this point, since I'm out and about quite often I need a less. However, I have considered taking a minimum of 5000 IU's regardless of season. Thanks again! The fight for health freedom will be won!
