http://www.WeightGainMethod.com -► Discover How To Gain Weight & Build Muscle Fast!

Alright so I've got to put this question to rest once and for all: Does the shake weight work? This is my honest shake weight review...

The shake weight is a hilarious device that some marketing genius dreamt up to make a quick buck out of unsuspecting people who see the infomercial on TV.

So does the shake weight work? Well it sure creates the ILLUSION that it works - because it wears your arm out if you shake it long enough!

But does the shake weight help you build muscle? NO! In order to build muscle you need to lift heavy weights. The shake weight provides 10 pounds of crushed hopes and dreams as you jack the silly weight off hoping to "get ripped."

But that day never comes.

You've been scammed.

If you think shaking a 10 pound weight around is going to give you the body you've always wanted you're sadly mistaken.

But don't feel bad because there IS a way to build muscle... It's called diet and exercise. Yep, the true way to build muscle hasn't changed since the beginning of time.

And you can get the TRUTH here:
http://www.WeightGainMethod.com

The only thing that changes are the "quick fix" scams like the shake weights, ab machines, shape-up shoes, and all the other junk that comes on the market that people eat up.

Have you ever noticed that these "miracle products" have a short lifespan? It's a big hit and everyone thinks they found the best new workout device that will really take them to the next level. It's easy to use and it only takes 5 minutes a day!!

WOW!

C'mon guys. Wake up and get serious if you really wanna build some muscle. Put in the time at the gym, and eat right and some amazing things will start to happen.

Once you see some amazing results you can screw with people and tell them it was the shake weight! it's a miracle! (No don't do that.)

  • IT WORKS!!! SHUT THE FUCK UP

  • I use it at the end of my work out when im max out works best as a toner

  • WARNING READ THIS.....

Of course its not gonna build muscle, what will do is tone your muscles up & show more cuts which is definition to bring your muscle out a bit

  • Isn't it meant for toning?

In order to tone you need high reps of low weight, to build muscle you need low reps with high weight

I don't own a shake weight, but in theory, it does what it is designed to do, tone

  • If resistence equals muscle growth then why wouldn't the shake weight build muscle if it provides resistence = to using a 60 lb barbell? There's plenty of resistence when it's used properly. You shaked it a couple of times and then said,"Uhhh!" You need to do more than that for a review. Did you do the 30 day challenge with Before & After measurements? If not, your so-called review is just an unqualified opinion. It's like reviewing a car without test-driving it & saying it won't do 100 mph.

  • it leaves a burn in your arms, and I think it was just intended for women to tone their arms. Not become huge.

  • You're not gonna look like Arnold by using the shake weight, but you can't say it does nothing. A pull up bar can be used for drying wet socks, or doing pull ups. It's nothing the equipment, it's who is using it and how. Anything is better than nothing.

  • @WeightGainNetwork maybe not muscle but do you think it can burn fat????? :)

  • @69badboykilla so does it work well for u? Actually just purchased one today. What results did u see Triceps, Biceps?

  • Been using this for a few months now and i definitely see results..not major of course but definitely some results.I was always a regular gym user and my arms are pretty big.I stopped going for a while about 6 months and gained 4 or 5 pounds and lost some muscle mass from not working out. After using the shake weight i noticed my bi's and tri's are more defined but i didnt gain any muscle mass.I also gained more endurance in both arms and that was easily noted by how much longer i can use it.
