I am not a homophobe but you know what I hear people say stuff like that and in a way it bothers me more than anything it's like a knife to the heart.... Especially since I have quite a few people who are who they chose to be and their sexual orientation means nothing to me since they're awesome like you ChrisCrocker ~ Kitty

I agree with what your saying in a certain way. I have never said "thats so gay" because I have a gay friend and i know what it feels like for him. But the bit about straight people, I disagree with that. Straight people arent all bad. Yeah, you get a straight homophobe, but you get people who are gay who talk down to straight people as if theyre crap because they have a different sexuality. I think its time for this to stop.

@HiddenFacedMatt The world runs on what society accepts as the norm. Just like money: the only reason that a green piece of paper with ink on it can buy you a sports car is because everyone BELIEVES it has value and everyone else can use it in the same way. Take the word cool for example. If I told you that you are a cool guy, I don't really mean you have a low body temp, so when you really think about it, it's kind of stupid.  BUT since most people say it no one cares!

Gay IS an adjective. It means happy.  Saying "that's so homosexual" would be offensive. Calling something "gay" wouldn't make any sense, but it shouldn't really be bothering anyone

@HiddenFacedMatt Gay IS an Adjective even though it can also be a noun and therefore can be used to describe something though. Just like I can say, "yes my friend Bob IS Gay", describing him as a homosexual, I can also say "that movie IS gay" DESCRIBING it as stupid. The usage of the word in the second example has also been socially adopted now, and therefore a person can use it without sounding unintelligent as it is simply apart of our culture just like "cool" & "hella".

I dont understand it. why there's always a fight between "gay" and "straight" people? Why can't everyone judge people by their character? For me, judge someone by his or her sexuality, that's like judging him/her by his/her haircolour. Stupid. That's how I see it. If he/she is gay, okay, if not, okay.
