On Tamar's advice the Braxtons fly to Maryland for a family reunion with their father. They visit their childhood house but are kicked out by the new owners. Dad doesn't show up to brunch, leaving the sisters devastated.

@lavinder11 Women always side with women, in the belief all men are dogs, putting their past relationships into their analysis. Lets not look at this emotionally but lets look at it rationally, the have no right to be angry at their father, the man who raised them and gave them life and they definitely have no right to talk bad about him. Again its emotion on reason. Moms has her own cross to bear, should "never allow" her daughters to shoulder the weight with her. peace

If I did something wrong to a person, I would acknowledge it and move on. Did he, I think not. All he said was, your mother wasn't perfect either and you are just like her. There was no apology, no remorse for what he had done. And just because he cheated on the mom, it doesn't mean that the girls didn't feel abandoned.

Plus, sweetie, he cheated on her for 10 years so he broke the marriage vows. The guy wanted a divorce and he got married to the woman a month later. U_U

@lavinder11 They are grown women they can see him if they desire 2, but they choose not 2. They are instead bitter, because they are listening 2 their mom and taking it as if he betrayed them, when he really betrayed his wedding vowels. If people act funky towards you and show you their disdain for your existence, would you keep trying 2 be in their presence or let time heal their wounds? They moved out of state & did not return, of course he is not welcome 2 visit, So they r da perpertrators.

True, but he's never around so he did cheat on them. There are plenty of parents who are broken up but they still make time for their children.

Why are they airing their dad out like that. Everyone sins, yes even preachers. Only Jesus was perfect. They seem to blame everything on him. Moms all ways play the victim or act naive, telling their children, dad is the only problem; when they both played a role to ending their relationship. While "nothing excuses cheating"; do not ever involve your children in talking about the personal relationship between spouses; "he cheated on you not them".
