WELL the video write up is INCORRECT! hahaah
do each exercise ONCE for 50 seconds, with 10 seconds rest betwen:
10 high knees / 10 mt climbers
V sit reverse fly
10 high knees 10 mt climbers
sumo push up
skipping
reverse lunge reverse fly(L)
skipping
reberse lunge reverse fly ( R)
Low jumping jacks
star jump double push up
low jump jacks
plank walk up

  • The way it's listed (above and at the beginning of the video) with the lists of four things and then "REPEAT" would add up to 24 minutes (?)...I'm just going to do the 3 lists of 4 things once through, 12 'things' (some of them are "repeats" of something I did before), 10/50 = 12 minutes. Thanks Kyla!! It looks fun, and now I have something to look forward to Monday morning :-D.
